ADU laws are typically meant to promote adding an in-law in the back yard or sometimes by adding a 2nd entrance at the side of the existing structure.

Unfortunately forums are often just a venue for bragging and self promotion instead of an area for cultivating friendships and helping others.

They took poor advice promoting illegal activities:) We have a REIA in our area that is doing the same thing.

How did they get started, Do you have any body that I can speak to that you have done business with, and last but not least do you invest and or manage properties the areas you are promoting.

Some people will learn and do some deals on their own... cool too (I believe in paying it forward and universal Karma), some will want to know more and buy training... cool... and others will bring me deals that we can JV on... coolest :)So anyway, I know BP isn't huge on promoting URL's and stuff like that but shoot me a message here or on FB and I'll send you some info.

Think about how each property will photograph and how best to present its desirable features.If it photographs extremely well (Hire a professional with great lighting, and have it photographed at day time and at night time), has desirable features and you promote it those 3 ways, you should have a strong occupancy rate through the year.

Here's one: I turned in an unlicensed broker promoting "virtual wholesaling" for advertising property in Florida.

Beginning of meeting people promote there deals looking for partners, money, wholesale deals etc.Good Luck.
