In the culture I've seen here in cbus, it seems a relatively appropriate thing to ask someone with regards to a meeting.So why do you think beer (and I do emphasize beer not 'drinks') is taboo?

It's not just a more laid back rural lifestyle, a lot of these cities are hip college towns with plenty of culture etc.

I think you'll find that Reno is actually topographically a lot like Salt Lake City; they've always reminded me of each other in form and structure... not so much in culture though. :)Do you have a specific type of multi-family property you are seeking (size, area, demographic niche)?
