Having the suit come in under the State filing limit is pretty typical. 

With a regular inundation of both good and bad, positive and negative information, it can be difficult to filter through all the noise and discern what’s right for oneself and one’s family.

Hard to do on a super tight timeline, but I've done them in under a week before, just pretty stressful because they are slow and you cant do much to rush them, although they will try if they know the sale is coming up.The atty office will just be relaying info to you from the bank. 

Unfortunately wholesalers and businesses has gotten access to my cell phone number and I'm inundated with robo calls and VA calls from the Phillipines constantly.

Until contract law changes, (again, to the best of my knowledge) this practice is perfectly legal, and can be performed with a wide variation in underlying ethics.
