As I have learned a lot of new things by reading and doing my own research I've found by holding conversating with people who already have a grasp on this type of investing is where I learn the most.I've become much more attracted to multi family/buy and hold investing.

I appreciate the advise I am more of an information gatherer so these last few podcasts have helped reiterate that sometimes it is best to just get in the game.I will be keeping a keen eye on real estate, although I have a fairly good grasp on the neighborhood just not numbers specific.
