Your only getting the ones defending the investment and how great it is for them.. the ones that lost all their money well they are doing other things and lost interest in the dream  that's my take on it.

If at a later date you deny someone with bad credit it would be harder to defend turning someone down because of credit when you accepted a non-protected class with bad credit.

Single member LLC and you have a problem your still going to get named personally in any suit and your going to have to spend thousands trying to get your personal name removed from the case.Insurance will defend you if you have the correct policy..
