You'd have to buy some lists and hone your craft, but it's very doable.

I can tell that you really know your craft.

Which is why I treasure the opportunity to network with my peers on this forum: they really know our craft.

We crafted simple, hand-written letters (OK, photocopied,hand-written letters) and sent them to all owners of multi-family properties in just two of the six neighborhoods of interest.

This was a name that was carefully crafted by the Democratic politicians who have been in control of the California legislature for about three (3) decades.It was not submitted or introduced by the California Association of Realtors as someone had indicated. 

The thing is, my situation didn't change...in fact it got simpler, as I am no longer a W2 employee.So for the $3975 they crafted a "modified engagement letter" reducing the service to 1 month and a maximum of two 1hr meetings ($2000/hr) Basically, a rushed product, which they said themselves would probably not get me what I am looking for. 

I would seek a real estate attorney to help you craft one. 

I mean BP is fine its national.. but you would be a fool to help others at the court house steps.. when you have spent years refining your craft.
