Not looking to gain income from it, but just as a differentiator in my offerings.Let's for one moment cast aside the liability issues such as software, music, movie pirating, child porn access, or even someone viewing a site on how to make a bomb...let's put these aside because there are solutions and layers to those.One issue I run into frequently is often time internet and cable TV are thought of as one in the same. 

STR is a whole different beast and business, it's hospitality and just all kinds of different.

And BTW, yes, buying on market listed properties are a different beast, but I buy from wholesalers who negotiate with agents and sellers ALL the time. 

They're going to milk this one for all its worth then move on to pirating the Indianapolis, Detroit, Pittsburgh, and Buffalo forums next.
