I do attend my local REI, so I am informed with lots of Taylor made workshops for the opportunities that I am interested in learning more about. 

Even if you hold your properties in your personal name rather than an entity, it's a great idea to keep the financials separate for tax filing purposes and for your sanity.Once you've done this, it's way easier to implement a cash flow management system such as Profit First (highly recommend) that allows you to properly budget for reserves, etc.And, of course, it makes it easier to do the same with your personal finances once you no longer have "business" transactions commingled.I'm happy to workshop some of this with you free of charge if you want to go deeper into these topics.I've been through this myself.Just let me know (DM)!

Just taught a House Hacking Workshop and it was great.Real Estate Investor Friendly and someone that understands 2-4 Units Owner Occupied FHA purchases could be a little different but some of it the same.

Occasionally, Housing Authority might hold workshops for tenants and Landlords.

Most housing authorities offer 'Owner' workshops/orientations.

But I'm sked to attend the 3-day workshop that's happening in Phoenix in mid-January - it's with an organization called RAL Academy.

Stay informed by attending workshops, reading blogs, and connecting with other landlords for valuable insights.

I've been through several real estate programs and sat through many workshops, webinars, etc. and became frustrated from each because I could never speak to the front man and all of the answers to my questions were vague and unclear.

Like a detached workshop, storage, auto shop, crafts, a She Shed, whatever you call it has very limited use to the general public. 

Spend most of your free time attend meetups, any low cost workshops, and seminars.
