Hey @Lien Vuong - I've d4d'd around a few local towns collecting notes, pics, addresses - but have been holding off on anything until I feel like I have a presentable web presence to send them towards - almost there.After a couple deals and some cash my goal (hoping February... we'll see though) is to go the fha 203k route with a multi. 

I only have experience on the syndication side of things but the reputation of a operator is what allows us to scale.Websites like BP bring a level of transparency to the real estate investing marketplace that will only improve in the coming years.

@Spender Hoyt -  You must be working with a single branch mom and pop bank because no reputable bank in the country would work directly with you.

That was my first thought when I posted the website... but libel, as I understand it is, "a published false statement that is damaging to a person’s reputation; a written defamation."

If there is an operation always available, they are either big enough to charge retail, or small and not busy (which may say something about their ability or reputation).As Ned stated, local experienced investor colleagues will often have experience with the best vendors of each type to work with.

I guess I'm so inexperienced when it comes to insurance I foolishly didnt look elsewhere and just signed up with Foremost because they sounded reputable.   

So guys and gals what do yall use such as web sites apps and such to screen tenants?
