I think a better approach would be the "stars list" those businesses that were viewed to offer exceptional services, the most helpful, the easiest to deal with, etc.

A disaster in short order,,,not to speak of water damage to cabinets, vanities flooring etc if there is ever a unreported external leak.Thank your lucky stars they are telling you and dont try to charge them for it,,,or you end up paying for it X10 in the future.

I remember having a discussion about Sarah Palin quitting her elected position as Governor of Alaska, and the best defense anyone here could muster was that she was doing it to prepare for a Presidential run in 2012 (and therefore it was in the best interest of the people).Now that it's pretty clear that she quit for the sole purpose of advancing her personal wealth and fame (writing a book, taking a job with Fox News, etc), I think it's safe to say...Sarah Palin is a pathetic quitter who made no effort to uphold the role she promised her constituency she would.It bad enough that she can't uphold her own family's values (remember her teenage daughter got pregnant from an aspiring porn star), but to let down her constituency is just plain anti-American.She should be ashamed...

It is not leaking much at all and I cant find where it is even coming from.I starred at it 10mins and did not see a drop but the floor is wet.I believe it is leaking from the top under the ridge where the metal cover ends since i see water mark stains on the ridge and top half.My tenants said the city was messing with the street water lines and then they noticed the water heater leaking immeaditly.

I'd suggest, being in Texas and probably on a slab, you consider adaptable homes for accessibilty and that the "small/modest" homes be designed to be expanded for additional living space without messing up the functionality of the existing starter home.The new Home Star program might be a boost here as well.
