Hi everyone,My name is Diego and I am a third year Industrial Engineering Student at the University of Central Florida in Orlando.

Hi Simpy, I started buying real estate after graduating from university, have learned a lot and am still learning.

I am a graduate student at University of Texas at Austin in Austin, TX and looked on craigslist for private room rentals.

I’ve listened to many podcasts as well as going through YouTube university so I have a basic knowledge of the wholesale process.

Then, we put offer in on a rental property for students housing at university. 

Anyways, I'm a little luke warm on the name.

I currently am going into my senior year at the University of Iowa, where I am double majoring in Finance and Management.

Prior to BiggerPockets, I've had some people along the way help me on my journey, along with using real estate textbooks and podcasts from Columbia University regarding real estate finance for my knowledge.

It’s an up and coming area with great shopping, food and many universities.
