Your best turn in spot for that complex if allowed is half way down between the parking spots and roads towards the other two facilities. 

Ie. does the seller need to be in, or close to, pre-foreclosure, or in a tough spot?

Akron, Lorain, Elyria & Canton are all good spots that don't have the same B/S lead crap that Cleveland does.
