It could be a sticky situation if your buyer tries to undercut you via your seller.

The licensing rules now a days are very strict can even when there is nothing wrong it can be sticky.

Also it there a link or a sticky on how a tenant should be best screened? 

Additionally, I believe areas around a desirable college campus (Rice) often keep prices high.

Hi all,So just I submitted over a contract to a gentleman for a duplex near Rice University and the Museum district that is in a area where some serious revitalization is going on.  

I have a question, It might seem confusing, I know have a lot to learn but I am new to investing and I feel like I am in a sticky situation because I live with my mom and my wife and child.

(Is even "stickied" at the top of the forum as such).Also:  Building Cash Buyers ListBottom line:   Build a relationship with a few real buyers, make sure you have a good deal, and you'll have NO problem rolling through them.
