Seems crazy but they sort of got me on the "will introduce to private money lenders" part, and "plug and play systems you can put in place to scale".My gut is slightly skeptical so I'm on here asking. 

I'm new to BP so I was wondering with that many properties, are they all in your own name or did you form some sort of LLC to own them collect the cash flow and reinvest it in other properties?

Either unit 3 will have to use a Laundromat until your tenant in unit 1 leaves, or you'll have to agree on some sort of compensation for the service (not needing to share) that you're taking away.If the tenant was told when they moved in that the laundry would be shared, tell them you're glad they got to enjoy sole use of it for so long and get over it (nicely). 

If you're going to tell someone what they shouldn't do, why not follow up with some sort of tip or advice that may be helpful to the initial question.

Buy or inherit and hold all their lives while working the properties for income.I've seen teachers, firemen, software engineers and all sorts of people utilize both strategies successfully.

I was sort of similar situation.

I have several carriers which are looking to write this sort of risk. 

I've found for me as sort of a self made person if you can say that - I had 0 family support so that's why I say that.

Thanks,  I am happy to be on here.It is a stable, sort of boring market.If you place a great ad, and screen well you can find tenants pretty quick.Since not much changes in the local economy (university / hospital / military town) the prices do not increase quick, so it is touch to get a lift in value on a building without doing big renos or holding for a long time.Michael P Currie
