Is this flipper also based in the Valley?

There are real estate meet ups in the east valley that do that.

He's out of Apple Valley.

Even in Silicon Valley where homes are guaranteed to appreciate.

TXDOT has plans to go 8 lanes from Denton to just south of OK border and 6 lanes to the up to the Red River. 

There are a couple different areas that seem to be where the actions is - Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Wears Valley etc - can anyone share a bit about the pros/cons to each area. 

Kate and I have lived in the Strip, Regent Square, and East Liberty in the past, and are just across the river in Aspinwall now so we know and love the East End.  

This is why Mount Washington is essentially becoming a suburb of Louisville and you are seeing a lot of growth directly across the river in Southern Indiana.

Less chance of confrontation with two young Valley Girl type girls. 

, although I know she co-owned a restaurant along the river  I’m not sure if these areas are good for residential?
