I think you'll get more bang for your buck there if you can find a list like that.If that's not possible then I'd say to them a letter of some sort, and follow up with postcards (half the cost) every month or so.

Even within direct mail there are different options (postacards, yellow letters, hand written notes, door hangers, brochures...etc)What I would do if I were you is send the same number of mailers in two different forms (say postcards and letters).

Account Closed - @Brandon Turner is absolutely right (although he's a little biased about BP:)).Seriously, I think if you polled investors who have spent thousands of dollars on education, most of them (myself included), would start w/ BP for free if we were starting now.If I was going to spend money on anything in your situation, I'd spend it on postcards and mail to private sellers.Hope that helps!
