The marketing would include open houses, professional photos, Facebook ads, newspaper or magazine ads, eFlyers to other agents, flyer hard-copies for the open house, door hangers when door knocking, etc.

I have date/timestamped photos and video of the issue, as well as samples of the dirt saved.The business owner came and looked at the issue - did not try to remedy the situation at all, blamed my professional landscaper and his bobcat on tracks for compacting the soil as he graded (specs for the bobcat state <4 lbs psi, which is less than a person just walking around).

Your state codes outline your responsibilities.Dead tenants rarely complain.When a relative accepts the responsibility of taking the ex tenants property I have them sign for it and I photo copy their personal ID.
