Trying to steer them towards engineering/ architecture.

I love art, architecture, design and of course food (especially pasta and pizza...:)).

I've started some preliminary talks with a architectural firm from Tulsa and really just brainstorming at this point but I'd love to connect with you sometime.

From there I learned most aspects of the development and building process including Annexation, Zoning, Civil Engineering, Land Planning, Architecture, Deal Negotiation, Letters of Credit, and the often-dreaded: Municipal Approval process. 

What books would you recommend that would include information on getting architectural plans/permit, financing with a construction loan, and dealing with a contractor to do the construction.thank you.

I was able to easily complete a 4 year architectural engineering degree with ease at the school of my dreams, and I owe that to the incredible education I received in New Rochelle.

Just because the appraisal is hard doesn't mean it is impossible, are there other similar homes with similar features aside from the unique architecture.

If you have a passion for something like architecture, accounting, medicine then college will be nessecary. 

I've found that the hurdle is often not an architectural stamp (for residential) but a structural one.
