If that does not work and they were the cause of you losing money you can always sue them another method is to file a formal grievance with the state Bar in your state and the state where they operate.

@Khalid Bryan another option if not affordable rental properties is if you would like to try the BRRR method I would look for properties that are not moving ready or maybe the condition prevents them for qualifying for an FHA loan or low down conventional loan, and do the necessary repairs to make it safe to live in clean and fresh.

If the property manager is named on the contract, then the property manager can represent the owner in court.This may not apply to your situation, but I highly recommend you read the law or speak with an attorney to understand your options and which method is best for you.
