Anyone here with experience installing rainwater collection systems either below or above ground on new construction vs drilling for a well? 

I am in search of a reliable CRM system that can efficiently host all my contacts, integrate with Google contacts, provide a robust phone system, and keep track of all my leads, network, and activities.

I wouldn't recommend jumping into the industry and charging a fee when you don't have set systems and processes yet---could leave a bad reputation.Another option is investing in a coaching program and having people who have already succeeded in this industry guide you in the co-hosting space. 

The alternative is to find a seasoned investor in the location where you plan to invest, work out an agreement with them to bring their money, time, expertise, relational capital, systems, etc. to a deal you bring to them, and let them show you the process from beginning to end.

My wife will materially participate in the business and I'll provide the financial backing.I've talked to a couple local CPAs and done a fair bit of internet searching on legal entity setup for my situation, but haven't been able to get a straight answer.

We manage a property in Gatlinburg Falls, and the internet has been down for over a week now.

I don't use their reporting at all anymore mainly because I was double accounting for stuff with quicken and the limitations with their system.

This means setting up contract management systems,  instituting additional insured requirements, employ licensed and insured vendors even if they are not the cheapest options available.
