Hi Everyone,With Indy on lockdown, a lot of businesses are implementing a stay at home initiative, unless it's for essential business much like the rest of the country.

To be honest i don't understand why they want to implement this new rule in Holland.

I did reach out to all with a stay safe letter to advise all to let everyone to follow social distancing guidelines, to not hold any group parties at the property, to be mindful of excessive internet usage (that work at home is a necessity but binge watching shows around the clock is not), and to let me know if they have any maintenance requests because if and when our city or state (FL) implements a stay at home order I will switch to emergency service only mode.My thinking on this rent issue is a two tiered strategy. 

These will definitely be choppy times going forward but there will also be opportunities that arise, new strategies that are put into place, and efficiencies forced to be implemented that in the long term will increase overall returns. 

The wording I’ve read on the bans being implemented so far do not state “short term rental” but rather vacation rental. 

.- Who will help me implement this strategy?

I have already advised them March 1 to not pay rent for April by mistake.Then our state implements a stay at home order till whenever, at least 30 days and essential businesses are shut down.I doubt they can find a mover now at the end of the month. 

However, the past year, I've found that it's becoming increasingly difficult to know how seriously to take it when I receive a call from someone looking to invest in Greenville real estate, and so I've implemented some changes to how I work with new "investor" clients in order to make sure that my time is spent working with only those who truly intend to invest. 

Now you just need to figure out the implementation.
