I was buying during the hottest time to buy a house.

I don’t like sitting on the fence, but hate getting burned even more.Now, we all know that the real estate markets are hottest during the spring and fall.

It's not the hottest area of DFW but it has a lot of potential.

Three years ago, I bought a fixer duplex in the hottest RE market in US, Highland Park LA.  

Although I will say we were ranked one of the hottest RE markets in the nation.Nationally all of US has had a sharp decline in showings.

It's the hottest selling area/neighborhood in Vegas for  for sure.Now the bad part is, home prices in Summerlin will not give you positive cash flow in most cases.  

I always think Chittenden county will be the hottest area of VT. 

I'm currently located in Tacoma, Wa, which happens to be one of the hottest markets in the country at the moment.

@Chris Mason I completely understand it seems hasty to start calculating numbers before I have even begun any transactions but that is more out of concern that I might get taken advantage of rather than an overestimation of my abilities as "the hottest thing since sliced bread."
