A post card is no magic wand that gets you a deal.It is all about the person receiving it.Do you really think, that because a post card is pink and not yellow, someone is going to call you?

Green year 'round and gorgeous scenery, all the conveniences of the city but drive 30-45 minutes East and you're out in the woods.  

If you have one take a metal detector to buzz the corners, a shovel to dig around the old survey stakes (don't dig them out), a can of pepper spray and some pink plastic ribbon to mark the spot.

He has done everything wrong from using interior grade paint on the outside (hot pink) to inappropriate plumbing, flooring and other repairs.

We went over there and I saw a gorgeous white building, surrounded by acres and acres of tropical laden grounds with pools, tennis courts, and recreation areas.

I was certain I'd have a pink slip when I got home (hasn't happened yet) and needed to get my financial house in order. 6 months later, she had finished an internship and lined up a job with a nice paycheck across the country.

We're blessed to have gorgeous architecture and history in New England and I hate to see it being torn down for the same old condo blocks.

Gorgeous, but, then they found out that it takes up to two hours to commute back into the City Center to go to work.

And the absolute best deal I did doesn't even come close.Just did this 2 months ago and I am tickled pink.
