The one in Binghamton will have up to 6 bedrooms and be enormous and possibly a multi-family (usually a duplex with enormous units of 3 or 4 bedrooms), while the one in CA will probably be a 3 bedroom SFR at the most and in the boonies, of course.  

You don't have to give her an enormous break on rent, but I think I'd only raise it around $35.You also need to know your market.

Enormous and expensive pain in the butt.Our contract also had the clause that the contract terminated if the tenant didn't move out on time.  

The closet was a walk-in that was enormous, with closet rods along the length on both sides - about 8 feet long.
