He suggested that in the meantime I get a Historical Impact Survey done as well as have a demo application in hand, so that they can make an informed decision (they just received the 60 page inspection report).I've Googled around, but I can't even find out what a Historic Impact Survey is, much less it's cost.

Policies do allow for debris removal over policy but it's usually 5-20% and $1,500-$6,000 is not nearly enough money to pay for a demo crew to remove the remains of an 1800 s.f. structure.

He was sentenced to death yesterday and now the decision only awaits approval from the Supreme Court," defense lawyer Qian Lieyang said after the retrial at the Beijing Higher Court on Tuesday.Yang admitted in court in late March during an earlier session of his retrial that some of the money had been used for bribes, but he did not give details, Qian said.The Beijing Morning Post said Yang was the first member of China's securities industry to be sentenced to death for embezzlement.
