Location Info on 2 Miami properties - Good area?
Hi,
I found the following 2 properties in the Miami area.
I sort of know the area in terms of physical locations and have a new business down near 836 & 95. However, I don't know the "feel" of the neighborhoods of the following 2 properties.
I am looking for things to buy&hold with the ability for me to mooch off it for free accommodation for the few times a year I fly down to Miami.
Can anyone give me some info/advice on the general area the following 2 properties are located in:
401 nw 145th st, Miami FL 33168
- SFR, 2 bdr, rent one at as a "roommate" situation and have a place to stay when I go to Miami.
1258 NW 61ST ST, Miami, FL

- fourplex, would keep one for when I come down.
Thoughts on the locations, rentability, demo?
