More likely that 1 of your offers gets accepted or countered rather than the heart-shattering "no".

A few realtors were interviewed and claim that they have their clients best interest at heart and that is why they refuse to show them some properties.

Hopefully you can still have a heart while keeping things strictly business.

While my heart aches  about this situation it is a lesson you won't easily forget.  

IE hey your not a landlord we are Renting to own so we do no maintenance etc etc.. well thats a pipe dream these are still renters at heart.. so very few ever get to the point they can buy.. the failure rate of these contracts is far better than 50% and the folks who lose usually have paid higher rent higher deposit and had to ( if they were following the contract pay for on going maintenance ).. they would be far better off being renters and saving money and buying a house..

The point here is that unless you are aligned, unless your mind, heart, beliefs, and feelings are right, then taking “Massive Action” is really a bad idea.
