We made that decision because we are familiar with Costa Rica because of our involvement with some church mission trips we have helped with down there for many years.Her siblings have refugee status visas in Costa Rica, but they are still limited on what they can do for work.

Hello, I’m working on a deal to buy a 30,000 sq foot church and convert it to a rooming house. 

Every time I get one of those calls or emails I feel like it is the 8th grade invite to a pizza party, that is really a ploy to get you to go to their church.

However, I will continue charging market rates for my rentals and then using the profit to help the truly needy through food banks, crisis pregnancy centers, youth ministries, missions, impoverished schools and churches in other countries, missionaries, etc.

You can find these individuals on bigger pockets, meetups, your local church/mosque, etc.

Call the United Way or a local church and ask for help.

You need to get your name out there and partner with a BNI club, network at your church, etc Once you understand the process of a few deals you will know the process for most deals so don’t waste too much time on that in the beginning.
