Is this a new scam or is this not a legitimate brokerage I'm dealing with?

i own a property management company, construction company, rental property, flip houses, mentor investors, and hopefully will own part of a brokerage within a year or so.

Just want to know how much is everyone paying in monthly fees at their brokerage.
