I'm brainstorming ways to market to mobile homes specifically since they don't typically show up in the lists that I buy.

anyway my hope is to brainstorm a little on creative ways to make 4 plexes inexpensive.  

I have been brain storming with some names but having some difficulties with replacing the “Investments” & “Properties” names from my title.

After doing a lot of brainstorming, the best I could come up with is being the financial partner of a few flips while I'm away.

And lastly, while brainstorming, I thought, "what if I could get a high net worth individual to buy the property at market and sell it right back to me on land contract for a reasonable interest rate but would he would know will be consistent for many years?"

Anyway, I continued to reflect on this interaction & (in typical entrepreneurial brainstorming response) attempted to identify needs that may arise within this dynamic.

Nothing set in stone yet we're brainstorming and writing out different scenarios while at the same time moving forward with getting the letter campaign out and presenting them with a payment agreement/contract before the end of the month.
