Every wholesaler I've met who doesn't know how to estimate rehab costs has struggled to find/keep buyers, as rehabbers will quickly get annoyed that they're being brought bad deals because the wholesaler consistently underestimates the rehab costs.

The day after the offer was rejected I contacted the selling agent asking if the house was available and gave him a different name (I was just so annoyed and confused about what was going on).

However, if you are in business for yourself your 'estimated taxes' are due by the required date on the voucher (usually determined by the income from the previous years tax return) or the IRS gets very annoyed.
