Source custom-cut 1.5" minimum diameter rods that are continuous length (not the expandable ones as there is usually a gap in the metal that fabric can get caught on).

@Michael SheaRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder, etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

Like you said, one needs to be able to find deals, know that they have found a deal, have the skills to develop leads and lead sources, be able to negotiate the deal when found, communicate well with others.Often deals start out as opportunities.
