With all of the crazy laws out there "protecting" tenants from us greedy landlords, I thought I'd check.Thanks for any input you can offer!

RE Wholesale Trader: is AN INDIVIDUAL OR COMPANY who acquires property and places it under contract with the Intent to Assign or Wholesale to another Investor who usually will rehab the property. ( typically can earn anywhere from 5k to 25k per deal ).RE Banker: is an Individual or Company who acquires property with the intentions to buy and rehab it.

Do the surviving partners get that investors shares or do they have to deal with relatives that may be ignorant and/or greedy?

Remember the Buffet quote - "Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful."

'don't be greedy'.

Congrats- I've also got in the habit of letting go of "greedy" buyers that come up rediculous requests like that and so far... it has always worked out even better in the end. 

Remember, wealth is created when you are “fearful when others are greedy, but greedy when others are fearful” as Warren Buffett once said.

And with Redfin data, we are seeing more price reductions because sellers and agents got greedy and took the approach of: If comp 1 sold for $50k more than list, and comp 2 sold for $50k more than list, I am just going to list for $50k more than I think it is worth.

Probably the smart approach, hard not to get a little greedy though.
