Every wholesale trainer tells their newbies to go build a buyers list because:1) They also tell you to hit up this list for potential listings2) You need someone to market marginal deals to & hope someone's desperate/ignorant enough to buy themKnow this, at least 80% of the offerings from wholesalers are NOT deals an investor should buy.

There are very strict rules for Dual Agent.I would suggest get a buyer's side agent if you have not done this kind of deal before.
