I cash flow positive on 3 condo's in Park Ridge but no way i do the same on a home unless i own at least 50-60 equity on the home and even then i doubt it.

Some of the neighborhoods you might want to consider (these are all non-golf options):The Vistas, Milano, Verona Pointe, Livingston Lakes, Pelican Ridge, Stratford Place, Summit Place, Cypress Glen Villas, amongst others.  

Fireproofing is a major issue in materials as well as plumbing utilizing ridged piping, not PEX, BX  cable and not Romex are some of the issues.

@Rob Ko, to answer your question those two places are good areas, but you might want to look at Walnut hills, Pleasant Ridge, or some parts of Norwood that are closer to Oakley.
