Shawn thats a good Question I hired a few People an some are new an Young an they don't have references an they never asked for it but i won't let that stop me i let them Prove it to me an i take before and after Pics an when they are done i give them a reference an school them as its good to have since there are bad apples out there that spoils it for most off them.Just My 2 Cents :)Elia

Called a "chart of accounts" Under Apple LLC you have your account codes, assets, liabilities and capital, payroll, drawing, etc. those codes might be from 100 through 600, then you have Orange Tree LLC, same thing, but their codes begin at 601 and go to 1100, Fuzzy Bush LLC goes from 1101 to 1600, etc.

I think since I don't mix apples and oranges, so to speak, what I do with the money will be an easy determination on how/where to deduct and what amounts.
