That cost $2,300I went with a local artist who did the mural and the one by the pool for $4,200.Flooring is 4 large rugs with rug pads.Gaming systems are PS5 and Xbox One.You can see from my setup that a sofa/sleeper could easily add a queen bed capacity.  

I just wanted to know if there was a good payment system out there that doesn't charge the tenant for paying rent and preferably has the same capability of rent redi 

In CA we do have a pretty advantageous property tax system, at least for the moment (LOL).

but long term.. the only one making money here is the guy selling the so called system

Our PMC doesn't care what the reason is for a tenant being late, our systems send an eviction notice for nonpayment of rent to "start the clock" and get tenants to communicate & cooperate.We've found that if we don't start the clock, so there's a deadline for tenants, tenants just use excuses to buy themselves more time, at the expense of the owner.Desperate people say & do desperate things!

Same for the foundation, roof, electrical and plumbing systems.

You could also have a window AC unit on hand, that you can place in the unit until the AC Tech gets the main air conditioning system repaired.
