First American (the only one I've found that will do it) will email me an O&E for $150.I get my options and assignments notarized and record a Memorandum of Option with the county. 

A real person signs and is notarized and they need identification that can be verified.

My goal is to get one for each lease/unit, notarized and reviewed.

A lease longer than 1 yr in my state must be notarized.  

We were informed by the listing agent's broker that we should finish setting up the trust, get it notarized, take it to the bank to open up an account for the trust and deposit the check.

They make you sign a notarized statement saying:“The residential structure at (insert address) complies with all Building & Safety and Zoning Codes at the time of construction.”You will sign and have your signature notarized this is if you’re in the city limits for Yucca Valley.

For the record, as of this Tuesday (3/31/2020), Georgia now allows fully virtual real estate closings, including remote notarization and remote witnessing!

If not, are you willing to put the original borrower in default and perhaps foreclosure?
