Lease Options & Escrow Companies

I'm wholesaling a lease option deal. I'm not staying in the middle of, but assigning to tenat buyer. Me & seller are on lease  doc & option to purchase re contract. I have a 3rd assignment doc that takes me out of the deal is only between seller & tenant buyer. 

The problem is the escrow company. I'm using is giving me  push back because the tenant buyer is not listed on the lease or option to purchase real doc.

any suggestions?

Any suggestions for an escrow company that specializes in lease options/ lease purchase transactions?
