@Michael Stanley Nino  Investing from a distance is not terribly complicated, however it does require some travel and some hands-on activity.  

Have a chat with your CPA, but there are some very nice benefits with, say, going to work on your property on Friday and Monday, but then enjoying the weekend at your lake house and being able to deduct travel and some of your meals.Airdna.com is a good resource for estimating vacancy and revenue potential. 

A bit about us: we are living/traveling in our camper full time in search of our next “home” or an area we can work in for a while (flipping and/or buy and holds).

I can already see my local area as a comfrot zone that I dont want to be stuck in, so doing things in a virtual way and traveling wont bother me and I am a hop skip and a jump from a lot of places. 

,lots of people from Washington DC travel there so good for sales or rentals.

I used to travel from NJ to Manhattan to attend some really interesting Meetups after work, only to find out once I got there that there were a lot of 'no-shows.'

Hobbies like Trout fishing, model making, and traveling don't pay much. 

I now have 5 bedrooms that I uses for traveling nurses. @ 850.00 per room and I'm all booked up. 

My boyfriend is a travel OT and I work remotely.
