Online Travel Agents: intermediaries that take bookings but don't have the inventory.

That's my  WHY  Plus I love to travel I get bored sitting around.

I have lived in Thailand, China, and South Korea, traveled to 36 countries and can cook authentic Thai food (extra spicy).

-I prefer newer homes / town homes because I frequently travel internationally and thus don't want to deal with frequent repairs.

Once i resigned, i took the past 3-4 months traveling Europe and SEA with my wife (but honestly thinking about real estate and listening to the BiggerPockets podcast aside from eating) before moving to Seattle.I’ve been listening to the BP podcast for over 2yrs now and am finally moving forward to taking the first step in real estate investing.

If you are doing this not just as a "2nd home" I always encourage to look at Year-Round travel destinations.

There was a time when a traveling nurse wanted a 7 am check in (after her shift), and a late check out, 6pm  (before her second shift) and wanted to book one night.
