I'm sure there are great, stable areas in Columbus but I'm not convinced the appreciation has been as strong as most would lead you to believe.I don't know much about Cincinnati, but one glance at the median list price over the past 5 years (attached below) would be enough for me to write it off as not appreciating.I'm personally partial to Detroit and that's where I invest and do a lot of business with other folks as well.

The setup felt like a personal connection all in pursuit of getting your business.  90% of it was done by AI and the other 10% came when a live rep was available.

REIAs are a business and they need guest speakers who 95% of the time have something or service to sell.. informal meetups are a waste of time in my mind hate them.. boring.

A lot of universities have students that need mid term housing due to graduation dates, mini semester programs, etc. and I've found if you approach them and offer them a solution to this problem, they are willing to work with you and help send business your way. 

If you own a business even if it's a pass through LLC for your real estate you have to file a BOI Report by the end of this year.BOI stands for Benefit ownership information. 

Unfortunately, people in the trades are often good at their trade but poor at managing their business.

I recommend reading the book traction and following EOS - they have a one page business plan that is awesome to follow. any planner can work it's a matter of creating the plan and how to monitor and follow through with it which eos teaches

If the cleaner is making so much money, maybe you can start your own cleaning business or figure out how to partner with your current cleaner.

Staying involved in a business partnership while dissolving the marriage will rarely work.If you split the properties, I recommend hiring a good property manager.
