I also hope that men whom read this post at the end of it will want to give women more opportunities within their job sector if they have the power to do so as well as encourage your daughters, sisters and mothers to strive for positions of power not because they should but because they deserve to and are more than capable of holding such a position.

I strive for 2%ers, but almost never find them.

(No pun intended) I've been doing it for ten years and have seen the good and bad but I feel like my tenants think I'm fair and that's all I strive for.

We always strive to meet all of our tenants requests but we just have decidwd against it at this time.

That said, strive to over deliver ever so slightly on the product and charge juuuuust under market rent.

Hello Fermin, I will be a first time investor in 2020 and I'm happy to see that there are people who strive at being well rounded and not focus all their energy on making money. 

The second point would be the property management aspect, it's all about your systems, we have in house property management that handles over 50 tenants, and we continuously strive to improve but without good systems dealing with tenets could be a nightmare. 

What we strive for is a WIN/WIN for everyone.
