There's so much it makes my head spin sometimes.One thing I haven't seen much about, and maybe I'm just missing it is, how should we hold these assets?

I saw so much today in a certain area it made my head spin. 

If you know the realistic price is $300K all you're going to do is spin your wheels and the house will not sell.

Eli Lily (pharma), Elanco (spin off company from Eli Lily), IU Health Network, Purdue University, Indy Motor Speedway are all developing as we speak.

If you don't select a niche, you'll spin around in circles trying to do a little of everything and not mastering anything.

We have had massive listings put up on our website from that area (my head spins just thinking about it) so I know there are tons of them there, it is just a matter of finding the right one.Best of luck, Mike

I'm not sure on all the details, but it involved me spinning up and LLC, the current owner joining the LLC, putting his property into that LLC, then the current owner signing his share of the LLC over to me.

If you turn off inside the house main and the meter is still spinning you have a leak outside.If it's the meter itself it will spin slower when it starts to go bad but that's for water usage and billing.Did you look at the meter to make sure it is not leaking at the connection points??

Some will argue there are multiple opportunities there… to which there is a slim chance there may be… but there is also a lot of spinning your wheels and annoying people involved as well.
