In the meantime, I want to build up my investments so going back is even easier financially.I put a time slot on my calendar to follow up 03/22/21 with you here on BP.

I was in similar situation a couple of times this year and what I did was to ask for 2 or 3 hour window from the tenants and got them agreed; then arranged the showings in that time slot and was able to rent it out with just showing once (rent slightly below market). 

Have a server serve the notice.

And as a result, not only wasting an agent's time in showing, but eating up a time slot that a qualifying person could have occupied. 

There was one week that emails had zero response, but found out later that the hurricane in Florida took out their server for a bit.I got my second property under contract with them this month so hopefully things continue to roll!!

I have a referral, but am waiting to fill my 10 conventional slots first as the rates are better. many Portfolio Lenders will only do 15 year loans or 5/30, 7/30 arms and such.

Foundation would be a number concrete pylons, the home gets broken down into flat slabs, trucked to location and craned into place. 60k for site prep and utilities should do it, even though about half would go to well and septic alone.The reason pre-fab makes sense for up north is because you cant buy any building materials in a serveral hour radius, so if you run out of screws, you are pretty much... so much easier to pre-build and truck.

- Borrowers of the 2020's have been more qualified with higher down payments, credit scores, and DTI ratios so I predict that the amount of folks being qualified out of the market wont be as server as some project.

They had one document saved with 5 different names in 5 different locations on their server!
