Why does everybody underestimate Arlington, I think will become Silicon Valley 2.0, real estate prices will grow accordingly in my opinion for the next decade +

We are talking to landlords and brokers in our local area (Silicon Valley) and I'm interested to discuss with landlords in other cities about our project and potentially become our first users!

I am from Silicon Valley, living in Solano County, & working in Napa Valley.

Both the edge of Silicon Valley (Campbell) and Santa Cruz are within 40min.

And then quick dry-up on the rest.That said you can always tell who are funded by VCs in Silicon vs NYC.

But with the politics and anti-landlord policies such as rent control not going anywhere, I, too, decided to leave and purchase in the heart of Silicon Valley.

Silicon Valley and Seattle folks know what I'm on about.

At a local investor club several realtors got up stating they have wholesale or tape in Silicon Valley have many pocket listings.
