Hi BP landlord community - My team and I are planning to launch a Do-it-yourself property management Alpha/Beta website in the upcoming weeks. Our first goal is to solve the biggest pain point in property management which is managing rental maintenance issues. And we are working on an end to end solution that will help landlords who are managing their rental properties themselves become more productive. We are talking to landlords and brokers in our local area (Silicon Valley) and I'm interested to discuss with landlords in other cities about our project and potentially become our first users!
