I'm not asking for your secret to success or anything like that, I am simply wanting to connect with people who invest in that area and who are currently active/live in that area for any input.  

The exact algorithm is a trade secret, but it makes sense... someone inquiring about a bunch of new credit cards a month is probably on a downard spiral, but someone looking to buy real estate is probably doing quite well financially.

That said, nothing is truly secret anymore online, so no matter what, make sure that you whatever you are putting out there is something you feel somewhat comfortable with the world (including tenants) seeing.
