We have no intentions of withdrawing any funds from our llc bank account until after tax time so that we can get a good feel for the tax implication in relation to our individual income from our primary careers and, neither of us currently need the money to go back to our respective pockets so we intend to roll it all back in to more houses/flips etc..

It is possible to get one more floor but it gets a little trickier putting in a deeper foundation with potential underpinning.I used an FHA construction loan which is similar to the FHA203k renovation loan but they allow you to build ground up new construction for 3.5% down and you can even roll in the price of the lot.Feel free to reach out with any questions, I'd be happy to help!

Essentially had three 401Ks with different custodians and simply did a “rollover”.Luckily, my laziness paid off as most folks are told to roll it over to the current employer... bad idea unless it’s either mandated or required (usually <5K vested balance per 401K).
