But five years of living and breathing design has taught me so much- including many things I use all the time as a designer and project manager.That's the bulk of my experience outlined; I have for a long time known that property management and investing is the direction I wanted to take my career, and all these years I keep swinging back to residential management and wealth building, reminding myself again and again that it is right up my alley to pursue (and I'm not getting any younger).Now, having been laid off on NYE, it seemed appropriate to take this time to build my business.I don't have any savings to bring to the table (one of the problems with the last job was low pay for the level of work I was completing).

As a member of the NAHB I will also remind we are still in a significant housing shortage, and the numbers are that significant easing of this is at minimum 5yrs off, if not 10 or more.

If he gets hostile or difficult during the separation process remind him that you chose to interpret his use of the credit card as a lapse in judgement but are willing to pursue him for damages/charges.Should be a good small claims court thing if he didn’t pay you back.

A reminder, when we military have occupied a primary for 2 years of of 10 years, we can exclude capital gains on the sale of that house: If you or your spouse are on qualified official extended duty in the Uniformed Services, the Foreign Service or the intelligence community, you may elect to suspend the five-year test period for up to 10 years.

Our Cuyahoga County tax rates have been updated to reflect 2019 rates (paid in 2020), you can now view the updated tax rates here and on the county auditor's website.A good reminder for those who have yet to purchase property in the Cleveland area - property taxes rarely ever stay the same and the tax figures you see on the MLS and online listings are just about useless for underwriting.
